Ordering
Ordering implies acceptance of the present conditions of sale. No derogation is permitted unless expressly agreed in writing. The order confirmation is binding for the seller only when two copies are returned by the buyer.
Prices
All prices are net of "Sales tax", Exception for the State of Florida ( 7% sale tax will be added). The product prices are those stated in the Web Site. In the event of increase of commodity prices, labor costs, duties, transportation costs or other costs related to the products, the seller reserves the right to charge all or part of such increases.
Delivery
Our establishment always performs the delivery of goods and the products are checked and tested before shipping. The terms of delivery are indicated but pure indicative and the date of shipment is from the date of receiving the order confirmation, duly signed. Delays in delivery do not give entitlement to termination of the order or to claim for damages.
Shipments
Shipments are always carried out on behalf of and at buyer's risk even if carried out to the final destination. In absence of precise written instructions from the buyer, the shipment will be processed using the most appropriate freight method selected by the seller.
Packaging
Packaging material is charged to pure cost unless upon and otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty
Eight days after the delivery, the right to guarantee for any defects will decay. No goods may be returned by the buyer without prior written approval from Orlandelli Group LLC, which reserves any right of decision on the merit of the complaint
